OK so I assume that most people in the UK know about Collection 2000 and their lovely pigmented loose eye shadows/pigments. But this review is about the: Collection 2000 Illuminating Touch Light Diffusing Concealer.
I was going to buy the YSL version but I reasoned with myself that I honestly don't need it, I have this one and I'm happy with what it does.
Its a pen type of concealer with the little brush at the tip and you twist the bottom to get the product to the brush. Its not too thick nor too thin, it doesn't cake up on me and it blends nicely.
I find I get the best results if I apply this after my foundation, that way I don't end up putting too much on. If you have really dark circles you could put it on before and possibly after your foundation if you need a lot of coverage in that area.
It brightens up the under eye area but its not too obvious that it looks like you have concealer on, hope that makes sense. My mom uses this before her foundation and it considerably decreases her under eye circles. You could also use this on blemishes before or after foundation and it wouldn't look cakey or too obvious. It gives a natural look.
I love this and at around £3 -4 you cant really grumble. Its a good quality, useful product.
