So if you have seen my latest haul post you will have noticed that I was given a sample of Chanel's Precision Sublimage Essential Regenerating Fluid. Now I realise this is an anti - ageing moisturiser, but I feel there is nothing wrong with using these products early, as most people use a moisturiser and if it has anti ageing properties that work then its a bonus really (unless you have brought it for that reason of course). However I do wonder why the SA gave it to me when I'm only 18 and don't have a single wrinkle, yet. Maybe she was trying to tell me something?
But anyway, as soon as I opened this I could smell the very over powering floral type smell. I'm not usually bothered by scents but this one to me is very strong and it's not that nice either. The consistency is very thin and I needed quite a bit to cover my face sufficiently, once on it does sink in quickly but I didn't feel like it moisturised my skin at all. The scent lingered on my skin and it was rather distracting if I'm honest. I used this product for 3 days and it broke me out. Well I say it broke me out, I mean it gave me 3 spots. But bear in mind I never get spots so it is a big deal to me, haha. My skin is quite good I can chop and change products regularly and it doesn't react and just stays happy. But it did not agree to me using this moisturiser, so needless to say I won't be using this product again.
I have since given it to my Mom to try, she says she quite likes the scent of this. And who knows it might work for her, as what works for one person might not work for another.
Thanks for reading my review/ramble :)
