Lilac Nails

Hello :D

Today I have dyed my hair and my nails look a little dyed to from washing the colour out, despite wearing gloves ¬¬
So this evening I have painted them with a gorgeous colour from Special FX that I have been meaning to use for a while but always thought “oh I’ll use it next time” and never did.

Its a very pretty lilac colour and its a crème finish. For some reason all the pictures (except one) that I took made it look like a baby blue which it isn’t, hmm. It is more on the blue toned side rather than pink but it is very much a lilac hehe.

Here is the only decent photo I got of it;

It took 3 or 4 (I can’t remember), coats to achieve opaqueness and even then there is a slight VNL going on, but oh well. And I added one coat of the Special FX top coat. These polishes dry super fast and I rarely have problems with them. I love this colour and its on trend with all the pastels that are going around this season :) I would really recommend these polishes, the only place I have found them though is on eBay from THIS seller for really reasonable prices.
Also I know I brought all that nail art stuff but I just haven’t used any of it mainly because of a lack of inspiration and creative flair. I hope to use them soon though. And that acrylic kit I brought? Complete fail lol. Won’t be trying that again let me tell you haha.
