Hello,
I have seen this tag done on a few blogs now, such as Leanne & Kim and a few others that I can’t remember, sorry!
So here are my top 10 products that cost £10 or less, in no particular order :)
All images are from Google Images
Maybelline Full ‘n Soft Mascara - £3
I have tried lots of mascaras and have a fair few on the go at the moment, but this is probably my favourite. It’s my go to mascara. It adds volume and length and also separates my lashes whilst leave them soft still and not crunchy like a lot of mascaras.
Barry M Kohl Pencil Liner Black - £2.95
I have used this pencil for a very very long time, it is the best one I have ever used. It stays on my waterline all day, doesn’t smudge or end up half way down my face. It also give an intense black colour without too much effort.
Avon Color Trend Lipsticks - £3.25 (Often on offer)
I have several shades of these lipsticks now and I think they are really good for the price. They are smooth and creamy, apply well and last a fair amount of time for a lipstick of this price. Avon often have offers on so that you can get them cheaper or free etc.
Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Foundation - £5.99
I use this in the shade “vanilla” which is the lightest shade and is the tiniest bit too dark for me but when applied with a stippling brush it brings down the coverage and colour a little bit. I love this because its cheap, its got great coverage, great lasting power and gives a lovely finish to my skin. I have a full review here
Atrixo Hand Cream - £1.50 - £3ish
I recently wrote a review for this hand cream which you can read here. I love it, its cheap and it works. This cream saved my hands and I will continue to repurchase this product.
St.Ives Apricot Scrub - £1 for 30ml & £3.57 for 150ml
I have this scrub in the Invigorating version. I use this about 3 times a week and it really does brighten my skin. I feel like it really cleans my skin and leaves me feeling refreshed and my skin brighter. I use this with my S&G mini Mitt sometimes for extra “scrubby-ness” and it works great with that too.
Avon Advance Techniques Protect it! Heat Protection Styler - £4
I use this every time I wash my hair not only as a heat protectant but also as a leave in conditioner/detangler. I use it on damp hair then again on dry hair if I’m straightening it. My hair gets very knotty after washing and this helps with detangling my hair so I can brush it with ease but it also smoothes my ends down and gets rid of the frizzyness. I have tried a few of these kinds of products and this is one of my favourites.
Boots Essentials hair serum natural - £1.99
You get a link as I can’t find a picture ;)
I use this product after using the heat protectant spray, to help smooth down my ends and give a nice shine to my hair. I also use it after straightening (I don’t straighten my hair every day, more like once every 2 weeks)
Carmex Lip Balm Cherry - £2.49
My favourite lip balm, ever probably. It really heals my lips and lasts for a long time on them too. It does tingle a little bit but this doesn’t bother me but it may bother some people. Saved my lips many a time.
MUA Nail Polishes - £1
For £1 these are great. I have shade 5 & 12 and have worn both. They both lasted at least 2 1/2 days before tip wear and slight chipping. Also they both have lovely application. I will definitely bet getting more shades of these.
So there we have it my top 10 products that are £10 or less. I know a lot of them are actually under £5 but that’s because I am on a budget and like to get a couple of things to try for £10 rather than 1 product. Hope you enjoyed this post.
I tag anyone who wants to do this and hasn’t :)
Thanks for reading
I love these posts! I still need to check out the MUA range! Lovely post! xo
ReplyDeleteSt Ives scrubs have become my new number 1 holy grail - I love them!
ReplyDeleteI might try some of that foundation - I mean at that price you can't go too wrong :)
Great post! I love Barry M's kohls but i haven't actually tried them on my waterline yet. I must do so! :)
ReplyDeleteJennie - Me too, great way of finding great cheap products. Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteR May A - I have only tried the one in my post but I want to try some more of their products :). It really is great, bit too heavy for the hot weather but great for winter :)
Lillian - Thank you, :) I have a few colours now but I use the black one every time I do my makeup (practically). Its the only one I have ever used that has stayed on my waterline for a decent amount of time.
