The Red Lip

Hello hope you’re all well,

In my Little Shopping Trip post I mentioned that I had picked up a MyFace.Cosmetics lipstick in Cherry Bomb which should have been £10 but I got it for £1 in the clearance section. This is my first red lipstick as I usually stick to pinks. I needed a lip liner as I know red lipstick can be a bugger and without it this particular one didn’t apply very nicely (which is why there was no lip swatch).

I picked up Rimmel’s 1000 Kisses lip liner in “Red Dynamite” to try with it and this is what they look like together;

I am aware that to get a true representation of what this looks like on me you need a full face shot but this lip seriously did not go with the look that I had on. So I will post a FOTD at some point using this lip colour :)
I am also aware it isn’t perfect this is the first time for me using a lip liner and I don’t have the steadiest hands in the world so I think it looks pretty decent for a first try.
